House Plants

Houseplants are proven to improve air quality

Most of us spend the majority of our time indoors, whether at work or at home. At Brooklea Nursery, you will find an exciting and unusual selection of quality indoor plants for all indoor situations. Modern living conditions mean our internal environment is sealed and toxins and pollutants easily build up, causing many negative physical and mental health issues.

Houseplants are proven to alleviate many medical problems. They absorb many nasty toxins and emit beneficial oxygen, helping to alleviate issues such as migraines, depression, sore eyes, snoring, nausea, stress, fatigue, noise pollution and much more. They also look great too!

Our staff can provide you with expert advice and are happy to help you select the right style and size plants for your indoor space. We have plants to suit your needs. Located just a short drive from both Loughborough and Leicester, Brooklea Nursery is the place to be for houseplants.

Lovely nursery to visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The site currently has very good processes in place so that they can serve the community during the pandemic.

Often driven past this place and never popped in. What a gem! Bought some lovely glazed pots on offer and a large cactus at a great price. Called in to their tea room for lunch too. Very surprised by the large menu in Daisy's tea room. We are coffee addicts so to find Lavazza coffee being served was a treat too! Owners and staff so friendly. Tea room has lots of gifts, hampers and greeting cards for sale at surprisingly low prices. May have been an autumn day but in coats it was warm enough to sit out so we did as not going to be many more chances! Good size and nice to sit inside too though. Ended up buying lots of gifts for Xmas and cards too. Food was lovely. My hubby ordered a ham and tomato baguette and OMG it was presented so nicely (see pic). I had scrambled egg on toast. Generous and with proper bread! Really glad we found it. Cake and scones looked so nice ended up buying coffee cake to take home (you can buy cake and scones to take out and pay a bit less for it, which is a nice gesture because I often buy cake to take away from tea rooms but get charged the same as if I ate it in the tea room). Try this place. You will be surprised by the size and selection of plants and fair prices too.
